EasyShrink is designed to respect your privacy completely. The short version: EasyShrink collects nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
None. EasyShrink does not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your data. There are no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics of any kind.
EasyShrink makes no network connections at all — the app contains no networking code. Every conversion happens on your Mac: reading the videos and images you drop in, shrinking them, and writing the results to the folder you chose. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing phones home.
EasyShrink only touches files you drop onto it or open yourself, and only writes to the export folder you picked. It remembers one thing between launches: which export folder you chose. That preference is stored locally by macOS and never leaves your computer.
