Like all filmmakers, I face time-consuming challenges all the time, and my goal is to eliminate the boring parts of the job. With AI coming to help us, it has really made some crucial changes in my workflow.

So I decided to use it as a tool to save my time. It all started with DriveShelf — an app I'd been dreaming about my whole career. Honestly, I don't know why the same idea isn't built into editing software or the OS. It's so useful. Probably because it's a very niche function, for those of us with 10+ hard drives on a shelf.

Then I told my filmmaker friends about it. They were amazed and asked me to share it with them — and that's when I understood I could really make life easier for filmmakers around the globe.

So I started making more apps for myself and sharing them through the App Store. My contribution to the film industry.

My philosophy stays the same: I make apps for myself first, then share them with others. I'm not interested in making apps "because the market needs it", or in researching what people are looking for. I build for myself — and if you have the same problem, you're welcome to solve it too.
